Who are we looking for?

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Corporate Entity Attorneys to join us and commence their LOD journey.

Corporate Entity Attorney - Memphis, TNTo join us, you will:
  • Have at least 5 years of corporate entity management experience gained in an in-house or law firm role.
  • Ideal candidate will have deep experience in corporate entity management and/or corporate governance and compliance review.
  • This role will also call for the providing of a clear view of the corporate structure to help identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience with corporate entity platforms, corporate governance best practices, regulatory filings, and legal requirements for a range of legal jurisdictions.
  • License to practice law in Tennessee, active and in good standing, is required.
  • Strong communication skills, good judgment and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • This is a full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role (Memphis) with a 2-3-month duration.
