Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Cybersecurity Project Manager (IBM and PAM) position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months

Duties:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services projects focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, cost, and contractual deliverables across enterprise cybersecurity programs
  • Manage multi-stakeholder engagement across business, technical, and security teams in large enterprise environments
  • Coordinate and direct internal teams, subcontractors, partners, and vendors to ensure successful project execution
  • Apply cybersecurity service methodologies, reference architectures, and delivery frameworks to ensure consistent execution
  • Drive project planning, tracking, change control, and risk/issue management activities
  • Manage consulting engagements including time-and-materials and fixed-scope delivery models
  • Provide regular status reporting, executive updates, and governance communications to client leadership
  • Ensure alignment with privileged access lifecycle processes, onboarding waves, and operational governance standards
  • Maintain oversight of financial performance, forecasting, and contract/account reporting systems
  • Lead project closure activities including knowledge transfer, intellectual capital harvesting, and client reference development
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Skills:
  • 10+ years in cybersecurity, IAM, or PAM program/project management
  • Strong experience delivering IAM or PAM initiatives (CyberArk experience preferred but not required)
  • Expertise with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar technologies
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs
  • Experience managing consulting engagements (T&M and/or fixed-scope)
  • Understanding of privileged access lifecycle management, onboarding waves, and operational governance
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities
  • Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
Experience:
  • Extensive experience managing cybersecurity program/project delivery in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success leading IAM/PAM transformation or implementation initiatives
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and external vendors
  • Background in managing project financials, reporting, and contractual deliverables
  • PMP certification preferred
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification highly desirable

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
