Job description

Process Delivery Specialist Marketing Operations

CTG is seeking to fill a Process Delivery Specialist Marketing Operations opening for our client in San Antonio, TX. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months

Duties:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute digital marketing initiatives across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Assist in designing campaign journeys, including criteria selection, channel mix determination, and reporting setup.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed using best practices for creative marketing automation and direct marketing methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures to support efficient and accurate campaign delivery.
  • Support wrap-up analysis reporting and leverage campaign analytics to generate actionable insights and continuous improvements.
  • Contribute to optimization programs by sharing new ideas and best practices across marketing operations.
  • Utilize specialized skills in marketing automation tools and apply scripting knowledge to build and execute campaigns.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign execution, and automation processes.
  • Proficiency in at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages used for campaign building and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results and optimize future performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital campaign execution, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns within a marketing automation tool.
  • Proven track record of driving campaign performance through analytics and optimization.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
