    Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced IDMC/Informatica Technical Lead with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on Informatica experience, including 5 years of experience with Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), Data Governance, and Metadata Management. The role will focus on designing and implementing enterprise-scale ETL/ELT solutions, integrating cloud and on-premises data platforms, and providing technical leadership across data engineering initiatives.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale ETL/ELT solutions using IDMC/IICS.
    • Leverage strong hands-on expertise across Informatica IDMC capabilities, including CDI, CAI, CDQ, Data Governance, and Metadata Management.
    • Design and implement scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.
    • Integrate data across cloud and on-premises platforms using IDMC and Snowflake.
    • Design and optimize Snowflake solutions, including architecture, data modeling, SnowSQL, virtual warehouses, streams, tasks, dynamic tables, and data sharing.
    • Perform Snowflake performance optimization and database performance tuning.
    • Develop and optimize SQL queries and data transformations.
    • Apply strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling, Data Lake, and modern data platform architectures.
    • Work with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms to support enterprise data solutions.
    • Conduct architecture reviews and solution reviews to ensure alignment with technical standards.
    • Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines.
    • Lead technical teams and mentor Data Engineers across project initiatives.
    • Drive successful delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
    • Apply data quality, governance, metadata management, security, and compliance principles across data solutions.
    • Troubleshoot complex data integration, pipeline, performance, and platform issues.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and leadership to define and deliver scalable data solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance and influence engineering decisions to drive delivery excellence.
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 10 years of strong hands-on experience with Informatica.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
    • Strong experience with IDMC capabilities including:
    • Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
    • Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
    • Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
    • Data Governance
    • Metadata Management
    • Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ETL/ELT solutions using IDMC/IICS.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including:

    • Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
    • Ability to perform architecture and solution reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
    • Experience leading technical teams, mentoring Data Engineers, and driving delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
    • Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, metadata, and security principles.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Python and Shell scripting.
    • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and release management practices.
    • Experience with Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark, and AI/ML integrations.
    • Exposure to Informatica MDM, Data Catalog, and Data Marketplace.
    • Exposure to Data Quality, Data Observability, and Master Data Management solutions.
    • Insurance or Financial Services domain experience.
