About the role

Cohesity's looking for aSenior InternalCommunicationsManagertoreport to theSenior Director of internal communications andsupport our Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO) team. In this role,you'llwork closely with Sales leadership and key stakeholders to build and deliver a communication strategy tailored specifically to the global sales organization.You’llensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned to business goals,helping the WWFO team or the People Team stay informed, engaged, and set up for success.

You’llbe part of the broader internal communications team and will collaborate across functions todeliver exceptional content that drives meaningful business results.

How you'll spend your time here
  • WWFO communication strategy. Create and lead a comprehensive internalcommsplan for WWFO (Sales), supportingboth sales goals and broader company priorities.
  • Executivecommunicationssupport. Help WWFO leaders communicate clearly and consistentlyabout importantinitiatives intown halls, leadership updates,or otherformats.
  • Editorial excellence. Write and edit engaging, audience-focused content in multiple formats (emails, videos, newsletters, intranet posts, slide decks) tokeepthe field informed, engaged,and inspired.
  • Internal communications campaigns. Own the planning and delivery of key WWFO communications, such asproduct launches, enablement initiatives, or strategic updates,working with partners across the business.
  • Intranet and channel management. Keep WWFO-related content on theintranet andenableportal current, relevant, and easy to access.Leverage data toimprove how we use internal channels to reach the field.
  • Field feedback and engagement. Identifynew vehiclesto gather feedback from WWFO teams, such assurveys or quick polls,to understandwhat’sworkingwelland where we can improve.
  • Change management initiatives Develop andmanage communicationsduring organizationalchanges or urgent situations.Deliverclear,timely, and empatheticupdatessoSalesemployees stay informed and confident.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration. Partneracross teamslike Enablement,Product,Marketing, Legal,and HRto keepmessaging consistentwithbroader company efforts.
  • Drive culture and values. Share stories, wins, and highlights from the WWFO team("Sales Heroes")that reinforce company culture, celebrate success, and build community.
  • Measure effectiveness and strengthen field engagement. Develop and track success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness ofinternal communications including reach, engagement,comprehension,sentimentand business impact. Partner with HR and other stakeholders toleverageemployeeengagement and listening data. Leverage AI tools and analytics to enhance communications anddrive greater impact: content creation, optimization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborativeteam player. Ours is a small, but mighty, internal communications team. As the company/teamneedsshiftand grow,you should have aninterestinandwillingnesstosupportotherareas of the business.

  • Direct partnership with C-Level or SVP-level leaders. (WWFO or the People Team)
  • Change management communications.
  • Crisis or sensitive communications experience.
  • Building communication campaigns that drove measurable engagement.
  • Experience managing communications for global audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales organizations.
  • AI-enabled communication processes and content creation experience.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$180,000.00-$200,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
