Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Vice President in the CPG sector to lead and grow our CPG based Supply Chain service business in the USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, the sales and delivery of large Supply chain related, technology enabled, outsourced based supply chain services to deliver value to our CPG clients and revenue growth for our business. They will be inspirational leader with a proven ability to deliver complex transformation programmes, build high-performing teams, and establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across the Consumer Products sector. They will combine strategic vision with operational excellence to ensure exceptional client outcomes and sustainable business growth.

The role will be focused on shaping and delivering the next-generation Intelligent Supply Chain transformation and presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of the CPG sector. To be successful you will need to have extensive experience of working for a large CPG business in the supply chain area and ideally a background in consulting or outsourced service provision.

What will you do
  • Lead large-scale, global supply chain transformation programs for leading Consumer Goods Companies
  • Shape and sell supply chain related transformation programs for the largest global consumer good companies
  • Drive delivery excellence through effective governance, risk management, quality assurance, and financial stewardship.
  • Act as a senior escalation point, providing leadership and direction to address complex delivery challenges.
  • Be an inspirational leader with a proven ability to deliver complex transformation programmes, build high-performing teams, and establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across the Consumer Products sector.
  • Combine strategic vision with operational excellence to ensure exceptional client outcomes and sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure the transformation is delivered to exceed our clients’ exceptions in terms of service and value.
  • Lead end-to-end business development and deal closure.
  • Influences decision-making through data-driven insights, industry expertise, and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Establish strong partnerships across client organisations and internal delivery teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the deal to improve client value and our profitability.
  • Ensure the transformation is delivered to exceed our clients’ exceptions in terms of service and value.
What we would like you to bring
  • A bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject required; Masters preferred
  • 20+ years of Supply Chain experience with a Consumer Goods focus
  • Proven experience managing large teams and complex programmes
  • Expertise across demand planning, IBP, logistics, and inventory optimisation
  • Strong executive stakeholder management experience
  • Leadership and team development experience
  • Knowledge of digital supply chain platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • An ability to work and be successful in a global matrix structure
  • Willingness to travel

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:

$200,000-$300,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.Capgemini offers a comprehensive, non-negotiable benefits package to all regular, full-time employees.
