Our client is looking for a designer to join their Digital Rep Solutions team, focused on creating a better experience for their global network of employees. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and talented UX Designer who can deliver creative solutions for complex problems and improve existing ones. As a UX Designer, you'll join a diverse team that takes pride in high design standards and cares about their team members.
Design decisions are made collaboratively, and our client empowers their designers to tackle any piece of work and think outside the box, regardless of skill level or background. They deliver designs that are grounded on user experience and research, WCAG conformant, and designed with an inclusive mindset using modern tools and trends. You'll understand each stage of the design process from research to the final deliverable. You will collaborate with other UX designers and researchers to come up with new features and enhancements for multiple products. This role will require a thorough understanding of our user needs and information hierarchy.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end product experience with a focus on user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Drive design direction that aligns with user research.
  • Identify opportunities for design and process improvements and drive their implementation.
  • Communicate with product teams and stakeholders to build relationships, understand their vision, and present creative ideas and solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative design process with product owners, designers, researchers, and tech partners to produce deliverables.
  • Leverage and contribute to our design system and component library.
  • Educate other teams on the benefits of UX. Qualifications
  • experience as a user experience designer.
  • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in UX design methods, best practices, deliverables, and tools.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and techniques.
  • Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive user flows and interactive patterns.
  • A11y knowledge/experience.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at every level.
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating your skills and experience in UX/UI design.
  • Skilled in Sketch, Figma and or Adobe CS.
  • Team player attitude with an openness and desire to learn and develop with problem solving mindset.
