Our team is part of CGI's Global Marketing and Communications corporate service, providing dedicated support to the U.S. Commercial and State & Local Government strategic business unit. We are 20+ Marketing Communications professionals, delivering brand awareness, account based marketing, business development enablement, employee and executive communications, market research and analysis, and many other strategic services that help grow our business. We have close relationships with the business units we serve, the executives we support and the global colleagues we collaborate with. We retain an extremely high internal satisfaction rate, and we love what we do!

As a Portfolio Marketing Coordinator on the Marketing Business Partner team, supporting CGI's Commercial Software portfolio, you will help drive the growth of our software business by developing and communicating a clear, market relevant narrative across our suite of commercial products, both internally and externally. Working across multiple product lines, you will partner closely with product marketers, product teams, and business development leaders to ensure consistent, high quality messaging that reflects the strength of our software solutions and the expertise of the teams behind them. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to help define and build CGI's portfolio marketing approach. CGI will consider candidates proximate to any office in the U.S. with a preference for Knoxville, TN and Fairfax, VA. CGI utilizes a hybrid model and partners should be prepared to work in a local CGI office, as needed.

Portfolio Narrative & Market Positioning. Collaborate with marketing Centers of Excellence to execute effective MarCom plans that raise awareness and support business development

Business Development Enablement. Partner with business development teams to develop messaging and materials that clearly articulate the value of CGI's software portfolio in client conversations. Support account and deal based marketing efforts by aligning portfolio level narratives to specific client needs and opportunities. Contribute to executive presentations, client facing materials, and industry events to reinforce CGI's position as a trusted software provider

Partner closely with Business Development and Operations leaders to align marketing efforts with pipeline priorities, operational goals, and growth initiatives. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on messaging effectiveness, market feedback, and opportunities to strengthen CGI's software positioning. Help connect strategic priorities to marketing execution, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams

Cross Product Alignment & Strategy. Serve as a central point of coordination across product marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in how CGI's software portfolio is positioned. Leverage market, client, and competitive insights to refine messaging and identify opportunities for differentiation. Help define processes, frameworks, and best practices for portfolio marketing within CGI. Operate with a high degree of ownership in a fast-evolving environment, helping to shape and mature this new role over time

Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
