About the Role

We are seeking a General Labor to join our bakery team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring finished products meet company specifications while supporting food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This position is essential to maintaining efficient production flow and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Shift & Schedule

  • Shift: 2nd

  • Hours: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM

  • Weekend availability: As needed based on production requirements

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

  • Package finished cookie products into clamshells in accordance with production standards

  • Monitor product quality and promptly communicate concerns to Leads or Operators

  • Maintain consistent production pace in a fast-moving conveyor environment

  • Ensure clamshell packaging materials are adequately stocked and report shortages

  • Support downstream operations by properly staging packaged product for inspection and case packing

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area

  • Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while fostering positive working relationships

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

  • Experience in food manufacturing or bakery production

  • Familiarity with packaging, conveyor systems, or production line operations
