This position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. 

Flight School Next - Business Analyst

Bring your experiences and ideas to help support to the Flight School Next program by delivering accurate, actionable insights that improve program execution, contract performance, and operational decision making. As a Business Analyst, you will blend strong analytical capability with business analysis skills by gathering inputs from stakeholders, validating data, identifying trends, preparing executive ready dashboards and reports, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into program status. 

What You'll be Doing as a Business Analyst:

  • Collect, validate, and interpret schedule, training, financial, operational, and contractual data to provide accurate performance visibility

  • Support the FSN Program Manager by translating program requirements, contract commitments, and operational priorities into clear, measurable indicators and reporting

  • Develop PowerBI dashboards and summary reports that translate complex data points into concise executive ready narratives for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc leadership reviews

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams, such as finance, engineering, operations, supply chain, and logistics, to gather business inputs and ensure alignment across the FSN program

  • Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to strengthen predictability and support proactive issue identification

  • Support preparation and coordination of FSN contract related reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  • Recommend improvements to reporting processes, templates, and data intake workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency across the Flight School Next Program

What You Need to be Successful 

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analytics or similar analytical roles involving data analysis, reporting and visual data presentations

  • Ability to create clear, business focused dashboards or reports in Power BI or similar tools 

  • Experience interpreting schedule, financial, operational, or contractual data and summarizing key insights for leadership. 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable recommendations. 

  • Excellent organization, follow through, and attention to detail in a dynamic program environment. 

  • Experience supporting U.S. Government programs, deliverables, or compliance driven reporting, preferred.
