Clinic-Based ABA Therapy
Behavioral Innovations - Cockeysville Treatment Center
Mission: The mission for this role is to seek influential leaders that manage daily operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency on finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling an overall growth, in an empathetic and compassionate manner in alignment with clinical outcomes.
Our Assistant Center Administrators are passionate individuals who think outside the box, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and push the envelope to support all daily operations. They are responsible for new hire orientation, hiring and performance assessments of all treatment center staff, except our BCBAs. To ensure our clients schedules are being forecasted appropriately, our Assistant Operations Administrators will block the schedules out a month in advance for our staff and clients. Due to our individualized 1:1 center-based services the staffing element of this role is extremely critical to ensure we have appropriate staff to be paired with our clients. The Administrators work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the evaluation and development of existing and new therapy services. Our treatment center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm.

Compensation: $58,656
Outcomes:
  • To maintain a center culture that provides a nurturing learning environment while overseeing the daily operations including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, meeting financial metrics and growth of facility.
  • Approve all tours assigned by Intake.
  • Maintain clean well-kept facility with all issues address within 24 hours
  • Schedule Management: Make daily schedule adjustments as necessary
  • Staffing: Complete all new hire onboarding within the first 3 days of employment
  • Financial: Confirm accurate coding.
  • Staff Development and Training.
  • Communication with parents and staff to ensure optimal performance of centers.

What we are looking for:
  • Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) background.
  • Operation Management: Client Management and Management of Others
  • Bachelor's degree in business related field or 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Understanding P&L, AR/AP, Billing Disputes, and Collections.
  • Quality Customer Service - outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results.
  • Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills.
  • Flexible with a schedule to accommodate business needs.
  • Must be present at the center during business hours.
