Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop project schedules
Update project schedules on a weekly or as needed basis
Lead schedule review sessions
Review and verify all project related scheduling information with Project Teams
Provide support to project teams
Prepare a Schedule Summary Reports
Create a baseline and ensure all assigned projects have one
Provide scheduling assistance and education to project team members
Review, monitor and advise on the accuracy of assigned schedules
Establish and maintain effective relationships with all department, employees, clients, subcontractors and vendors
Qualifications
Excellent communications skills
Proficiency on scheduling programs
Experience using Primavera P6
Experience with monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules
Skills in reviewing schedules including identifying, analyzing, and solving schedule related issues
Highly analytical
Bachelors Degree and 4-5 years experience preferred
2 years of MS PROJECT 2010 & 2016 and Primavera P6 are the REQUIRED skill sets.
