Maintenance Technician – Aerospace Manufacturing


Pay Rate: $40.00–$50.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and identify the root cause of mechanical and electrical failures.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance needs.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
  • Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and aerospace industry quality standards.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to keep equipment operating efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
