We are seeking a dependable Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming materials used in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing materials, and ensuring production teams receive the components they need on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Label, organize, and stage materials for inventory and production.
• Enter receiving data into inventory systems and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Quality teams to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area.
• Assist the shipping department with outbound freight as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating forklifts or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day.
