Job description

Job Duties:

  • Working assigned ticket queue and responding to customer request for firewall rule updates, proxy changes, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Perform firewall, web proxy and email gateway administration

Skills Needed:

  • Experience with firewall, web proxy, and email gateway system administration
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Experienced IT support role collaborating and communicating with other departments and business users
  • Networking experience with the TCP/IP stack, routing, ports and services
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with distributed and cloud computing environments
  • Detail-oriented

 

Top Must-Haves:

  • Proficient in managing firewalls
  • Endpoint management such as Crowdstrike, CarbonBlack App Control
  • Email security, Azure Policy (NSG, ASG)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions or architecture
  • Automation experience using Ansible or scripting languages such as Python or Bash
