KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within environmental, industrial, and consulting sectors
• Respond to incoming client inquiries and provide quotes for laboratory testing services
• Build and maintain relationships with environmental consultants, engineers, municipalities, and industrial clients
• Communicate laboratory capabilities, turnaround times, and regulatory compliance standards
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, bids, and pricing requests
• Coordinate with laboratory operations to ensure accurate service delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience (environmental or technical services preferred)
