Sica Insurance is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. We're a dynamic insurance brokerage committed to providing comprehensive coverage and exceptional service to our clients. In this commission and bonus-based role (typical agents average $65,000 - $100,000), you'll have the opportunity to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and cultivate relationships within the insurance industry.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with prospects; Drive revenue and growth for the agency through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Own the entire business development life cycle process from acquisition and onboarding to retention and renewal.
  • Assess client exposures, customize insurance programs and suggest strategic coverage options; provide consultation on client individual challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, business partners, and underwriters;
  • Conduct basic underwriting screening and provide and information to new clients
  • Present proposals clearly and effectively so that clients are able to understand their coverage details.

A successful applicant will possess:

  • Proven track record in identifying prospects through lead generation channels and cold-calling
  • Unshakeable demeanor and ability to "get past no"
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and technology
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets

Requirements:

  • Must be P&C Lisenced In Any of the Following states: CT / GA / MA / MD / ME / NC / NJ / NY / OH / PA / SC / TX / VA
  • Sales Experience in Insurance, Finance or Retail (3 years)Compensation:

$65,000 - 100,000(Inclusive Base Salary, Commission and Bonus)
