Job description

ADT is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Field Sales Solutions Advisors. In this role, you'll help homeowners and small business owners protect what matters most by recommending customized security, smart home, automation, and monitoring solutions.

If you're a driven sales professional who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and delivering solutions that make a difference, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a recognized industry leader.


  • Meet with residential and small business customers in their homes or businesses.
  • Conduct security and technology consultations to identify customer needs.
  • Present and demonstrate ADT security, smart home, video surveillance, and automation solutions.
  • Design customized protection packages that deliver value and peace of mind.
  • Generate new business through company-provided leads, self-generated prospecting, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Accurately prepare proposals, contracts, and related sales documentation.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
  • Commission based.
  • Prospect in designated territory.
