Do you LOVE what you do? We do! Join the Adams Homes Team. We have an exciting opportunity - We are hiring New Home Sales Associates to join our Sarasota Division's sales team! We need someone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn our business model and to duplicate it with consistency. We'll teach you everything you need to know, all you need to do is apply!!
** Requires a Florida Real Estate License **

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead prospects through the Sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Follow-up with prospects pipeline including CRM usage by following our standardized process
- Implement lead generating activities – utilizing Adams Homes' guidelines for success.
- Establish rapport and professional present homes with excellence.
- Act as a liaison between Construction Superintendent, Sales Manager, and homebuyers from start to finish.
