Position Summary
The Integrations Project Manager role will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading the overall Integration projects plan through all phases (0-4). This is considered a critical role within the Integration Team and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. The Integration Project Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Integration
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture a positive and trusting relationship with the Division President and act as the liaison for all matters related to integrating the companies together. Includes setting expectations, building rapport, fostering a collaborative environment to include resolving conflicts in a timely manner, encouraging open communication and celebrating team successes.
  • Responsible for overseeing the integration progress for new Division Partners related to, but not limited to people, processes and systems.
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly cadence calls with the Division President for the purpose of updating progress, reviewing upcoming milestones, identify potential roadblocks, and regular assess the well-being of the team members.
  • Leads bi-weekly project planning sessions with Department Integration Managers and Department Leaders
  • Hosts monthly meetings with Department Integration Managers and Department Leaders, presenting progress of milestones and targeted financial achievements.
  • Coordinate introductions for staff and internal resources.
  • Manage relationships with all Division Partners and key stakeholders whether internal or external.
  • Oversees all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Helps assist in designing risk mitigation plan (CPP).
  • Conducts project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
  • Secures growth opportunities and initiates new projects where needed.
  • Works, informs, updates and collaborates with internal departments on integration progress to ensure the projects meet deadlines and financial targets.
  • Optimize and improve processes and adjust the overall approach where necessary.
  • Track and monitor milestone completion for each phase.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook 365, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and Smartsheets.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.

  • Ability to safeguard highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to lead and motivate Department Integration Managers through various stages of project plans and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Education & Experience
  • Three or more years' experience, and one or several formal qualifications in the following areas of project management; IT or Computer Science, Business or Business Administration Management
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
