Job description

Who We Are

At Seaside Plumbing, we’re not just fixing plumbing—we’re restoring peace, uplifting lives, and raising the standard of what service in the trades looks like.

We believe:

  • Service should feel human, not transactional
  • Customers should feel informed, cared for, and confident
  • The right technician in the right home matters
  • And a career here can be something you’re proud of—not just something you do

We’ve built a company where people grow, customers trust us, and the bar is set high.

⚠️ Let’s Be Clear (Read This First)

This is not for everyone.

This is not just answering phones or moving jobs around.
This is not a slow-paced, low-pressure role.

This is a high-performance coordination role where:

  • Urgency matters
  • Organization matters
  • Communication matters

You are responsible for matching the right technician to the right job—and keeping the entire day running smoothly.

If you struggle with multitasking, prioritization, or fast decision-making—this is not the place for you.

We are where the best come to become elite.

 What You’ll Do

As a Dispatcher at Seaside, you will:

  • Evaluate incoming calls and assign the right technician to each job
  • Prioritize urgent calls and adjust schedules in real time
  • Communicate clearly with technicians throughout the day
  • Keep customers updated on technician arrival and job status
  • Ensure accurate job details are relayed to the field
  • Reschedule appointments when needed while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Record and track service calls and updates
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

 What Success Looks Like Here

  • The schedule runs efficiently and stays full
  • Technicians are in the right place at the right time
  • Customers feel informed and taken care of
  • Communication between office and field is clear and consistent
  • You stay calm, focused, and organized under pressure
  • You take ownership of the day’s outcomes

 What Makes This Role Different

This is not just dispatching.

We invest heavily in:

  • Training and development
  • Building strong communication skills
  • Creating a team that supports each other

You won’t just manage a schedule here—
You’ll help drive the success of the entire operation.

 Compensation & Benefits

We believe great people deserve to be taken care of.

  • Competitive pay: $22-25/hour
  • 100% paid health, dental, and vision (for you AND your family)
  • $15,000 company-paid life insurance (with upgrade options)
  • 401(k) with 4% match
  • Profit sharing
  • Paid training
  • Paid time off and holidays

Very few companies offer what we offer. We mean that.

 Who This Is For

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Enjoy problem-solving and thinking on your feet
  • Take pride in supporting both customers and your team

 Who This Is NOT For

This is NOT a fit if you:

  • Struggle with multitasking or prioritization
  • Get overwhelmed easily under pressure
  • Avoid communication or decision-making
  • Prefer slow-paced or repetitive work
  • Don’t take ownership of outcomes

Our Values

These values aren't just words on a wall—they guide our decisions, shape our culture, and set the standard for how we work together.

  • Ownership — Take initiative. Own the outcome. Leave it better than you found it.
  • Empathy — Lead with humanity, care and understanding.
  • Courage — Embrace discomfort. Do the hard things. Growth follows.
  • Gratitude — There is always something to be grateful for. Find it. Share it.
  • Authenticity — Be your weird self and respect that in others. You shine brighter that way.

Final Word

There are easier jobs out there.

But if you’re looking for:

  • Growth
  • Opportunity
  • A team that actually cares
  • And a role where you play a critical part in daily success

This might be it.

 Apply Now

If you’re ready to raise your standard and be part of a high-performing team, we’d love to meet you.

Seaside Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
