Front Desk Wellness Specialist
Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center in Ferndale is hiring a dependable, energetic, and organized Front Desk Wellness Specialist.
This is more than a receptionist position. You will create an exceptional patient experience, keep the office running smoothly, and support patients as they work toward their health goals. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently, follows through, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
What Success Looks Like
You will be successful when:
  • Patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.
  • The schedule is accurate, organized, and productive.
  • Calls, texts, questions, and follow-ups are handled promptly.
  • Patients understand their next steps and remain consistent with care.
  • Payments, billing, and patient information are handled accurately.
  • Doctors and team members receive dependable support.
  • You notice problems, take initiative, and help create solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check patients in and out.
  • Answer calls, texts, and patient questions professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and help patients stay consistent with care.
  • Collect payments, enter charges, and explain office payment options.
  • Review paperwork and maintain accurate patient information.
  • Communicate clearly with patients, doctors, and team members.
  • Follow established systems, scripts, and office procedures.
  • Assist with patient follow-up, reactivation, referrals, workshops, and wellness promotions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
  • Support the team wherever needed.
