Description of the role:

The Breakfast Attendant at Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton is responsible for ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience by providing excellent customer service, setting and maintaining the breakfast buffet, and ensure cleanliness in the breakfast area.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, including arranging food displays and coffee stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout breakfast hours.
  • Ensure food items and supplies are well-stocked and replenished in a timely manner.
  • Assist guests with their breakfast selections and provide recommendations when asked.
  • Clear tables and clean up spills to maintain a neat and tidy breakfast area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to answer guest questions accurately.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
