Job Title: Product Specialist - Part-Time

Location: From The Earth State Line, MO

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour plus tips

Schedule: Friday 7:00pm-12:00am, Saturday 6:00pm-12:00am, Sunday 2:00pm-10:00pm, Tuesday 5:00pm-10:00pm, Thursday 5:00pm-10:00pm

Position Summary:

The Product Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, educating guests on cannabis products, and supporting retail operations during peak hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service to all guests

  • Educate customers on product offerings, consumption methods, and responsible use

  • Assist customers in selecting products based on individual needs and preferences

  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain organized and compliant inventory on the sales floor

  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld throughout the dispensary

  • Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility in Missouri

  • Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred

  • Cannabis product knowledge a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks

  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain an Agent ID card from the State of Missouri
