Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant
The role of a Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant involves ensuring that end-to-end solutions meet high standards of quality, reliability, and business value.
โ€ข Designing and executing test strategies across various workflows
โ€ข Collaborating with Technical Consultants, Business Process Consultants, and Project Managers to support both internal development and customer UAT.
โ€ข Documenting defects clearly, tracking resolution, and retesting fixes to ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations, compliance, and usability standards.
โ€ข Partnering with Business Process Consultants to ensure acceptance criteria reflect business outcomes.
โ€ข Supporting customer UAT planning and execution, facilitating defect triage and resolution.
