Pool Construction Crew Member
Reports To: Crew Lead / Field Supervisor
Location: Field-Based (Project Sites) Position Summary

The Pool Construction Crew Member supports the installation, construction, and finishing of residential and/or commercial swimming pools. This role is responsible for executing field tasks safely, efficiently, and according to plans and quality standards.

Success in this role means:

  • Work is completed correctly the first time

  • Safety standards are upheld without exception

  • Crews stay productive and on schedule

  • Clients experience professionalism on-site

Mission

To execute high-quality pool construction work safely and efficiently while supporting the Crew Lead and maintaining a clean, organized job site.

Key Responsibilities Site Preparation & Layout
  • Assist with site layout and excavation prep

  • Measure and verify dimensions per plans

  • Prepare base and formwork as directed

Equipment & Material Handling
  • Load/unload materials and tools

  • Maintain organization of equipment

  • Ensure materials are protected and staged properly

Job Site Standards
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

  • Support elevated client experience on-site

  • Respect client property

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners when required

Daily Performance Expectations
  • Arrive on time, ready to work

  • Follow direction from Crew Lead

  • Stay productive throughout the shift

  • Complete assigned tasks before leaving the site

  • Report problems early — not at the end of the day

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work in a team environment

Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50–75 lbs

  • Stand, kneel, bend, and work on uneven terrain

  • Work in heat, cold, and varying weather

  • Operate basic construction equipment
