Job Store Staffing is hiring Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technicians for a growing pharmaceutical company in South Englewood, CO. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through high-quality sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Starting Pay: $21.50/hr
  • **1st Shift: **Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (+$2.00/hr shift differential)
  • 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM (+$3.00/hr shift differential)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare and manufacture sterile pharmaceutical products in a cleanroom environment
  • Operate formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging equipment
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP guidelines
  • Complete production documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and manufacturing areas
  • Perform aseptic gowning and support sterile manufacturing processes
  • Maintain accountability of materials and finished products
  • Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and production support

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of cGMP, aseptic manufacturing, or cleanroom environments preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
