Job description

Logistics Management Analyst and Site Lead
The Opportunity:
As a Logistics Management Analyst and Site Lead, you'll bring your logistics, property accountability, supply chain, warehouse operations, federal logistics compliance, and equipment life-cycle management background to collaborate with thought leaders in engineering, robotics, autonomous systems, digital modernization, and sustainment operations on projects for Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS). You'll use your skills as you manage, analyze, track, coordinate, and support the logistics and equipment operations that enable mission readiness.
Work with us to help coordinate, analyze, and execute complex logistics and property management activities supporting mission-critical autonomous and robotic systems across operations. This position is located in Chesapeake, VA.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or property accountability
  • Experience managing receipt, storage, shipment, and disposal of government property
  • Experience supporting federal or DoW logistics operations
  • Knowledge of Inventory management, supply chain operations, and property accountability principles
  • Knowledge of Government logistics systems, including ELMS
  • Knowledge of Federal mandates governing logistics, supply chain integrity, and property control
  • Ability to maintain accurate accountability for mission-critical assets throughout their life cycle
  • Ability to track equipment availability, maintenance history, calibration schedules, and readiness status, and coordinate equipment transfers, repairs, replacements, and inventory reconciliation
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration field

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting the U.S. Coast Guard
  • Experience managing accountable property and sensitive or high-value equipment
  • Experience supporting autonomous systems, robotics, aviation, maritime logistics, or cross-agency sustainment
  • Knowledge of life-cycle logistics and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
  • Ability to develop and maintain logistics documentation, procedures, manuals, and training materials
  • Master's degree in Logistics or a related technical field
  • Professional logistics or supply chain certification such as CPL, CPIM, or CSCP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
