Job description


Primary Purpose
Load cones on a moving line and responsible for removing all breast, tenders, and wings from the bird.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Must be able to effectively use a knife with fine manipulation skills in separating the joint that holds the breast and wing to the carcass frame on a moving line at a determined pace.
  2. Identify if any bones are left on the breast after the initial cut and remove them.
  3. Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support the Goal Zero mission statement.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
