This position works with popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a Brand Ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. This sales-based role engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals

Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines

Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings

Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends

Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space

Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices

1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required

Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
