Job Description:

Highly organized, collaborative, and strategically minded Supervisor to help lead the development and execution of industry marketing initiatives for Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, and Theater industries within a leading national accounting and advisory firm. Working under the guidance of the senior marketing leader, this role will take ownership of key projects, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and help translate industry growth priorities into integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies that increase brand visibility, support pipeline growth, deepen client engagement, and advance targeted business development opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a proactive marketing professional with strong project management, collaboration, and execution skills who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment. This role will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, leading defined initiatives from planning through execution, collaborating closely with industry leaders and Marketing Centers of Excellence, and bringing forward ideas that strengthen campaign performance, client engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.

How You'll Spend Your Time:

  • Leading defined marketing initiatives under the guidance of the senior marketing leader for those industries, supporting strategy development, project planning, execution, and measurement.

  • Developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, content marketing, webinars, and events.

  • Translating industry growth priorities, understand business development objectives, strengthen relationship development, and leverage pipeline goals for actionable marketing plans and deliverables.

  • Owning project timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholder communications, assets, tracking, and engagement reporting to ensure successful execution.

  • Coordinating the development and distribution of thought leadership content, marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies.

  • Collaborating with industry leaders, internal subject matter professionals, business development teams, and Marketing Centers of Excellence to align marketing activities with strategic priorities.

  • Ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment across marketing materials and channels.

  • Supporting planning and execution of strategic industry conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and client engagement activities, including logistics, promotional communications, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up.

  • Identifying opportunities to increase visibility and engagement through strategic events and industry activities.

  • Maintaining marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project management tools.

  • Tracking campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting on marketing effectiveness and pipeline impact in partnership with Marketing Operations.

  • Supporting CRM and marketing automation activities, including email distribution lists, campaign setup, and data management.

  • Supporting the senior marketing leader to advance priority projects, proactively identify next steps, and help keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.

  • Bring a strategic point of view and contribute ideas that improve marketing processes, campaign execution, client engagement, and measurable business impact.

The kinds of people we want to talk to have many of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within accounting, consulting, professional services, or B2B organizations.

  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and event coordination.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution capabilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) or demand generation initiatives.

  • Experience supporting content marketing and thought leadership campaigns.

  • Familiarity with sponsorship marketing and webinar coordination.

  • Understanding of analytics and marketing performance reporting.

  • Professional services or B2B marketing experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to actively use AI in areas such as competitive analysis, research, and campaign development; must be an AI learner who stays current on emerging tools and best practices.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000-$75,000. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
