Aufgaben
  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden Ihrer Industrie-Fachabteilung.
  • Als Experte Ihres Fachbereichs verantworten Sie zudem klassische Sachverständigenaufgaben in Bereichen wie Aufzugsanlagen, Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Druckgeräte, Anlagensicherheit oder Tankanlagen.
  • Durch vertriebliche Aktivitäten, Netzwerkaufbau und gezielte Geschäftsentwicklung gestalten Sie die Fachabteilung Industrie aktiv mit.
  • Auf Grundlage betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen steuern Sie das operative Geschäft und tragen Mitverantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg.
  • Mit Ihrem engagierten Einsatz fördern Sie den kontinuierlichen Ausbau der Industrie-Dienstleistungen in Ihrer Niederlassung.
  • Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sowie einen effizienten Einsatz von Personal und Ressourcen.
  • Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Kunden bringen Sie Marktanforderungen und aktuelle Entwicklungen erfolgreich in das Tagesgeschäft ein.
  • Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Sachverständiger im Bereich Industrie
  • Erste Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in einer Prüfgesellschaft von Vorteil
  • Kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Kombination mit ausgeprägtem Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Unternehmerisches sowie analytisches Denken und Handeln
  • Hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft, lokal im Außendienst tätig zu sein
