Warehouse Associate

FieldBridge is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Tallmadge, OH to work for a global energy technology company. We offer weekly pay + benefits. Pay is $20 - $22/hour | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $22/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,210 gross. Important Notes: High School Diploma or GED required. IATA and DOT certifications preferred but not required.

Position Overview

FieldBridge is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and material handling operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of domestic and international shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, pack, label, and process domestic and international shipments in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Receive incoming materials, inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition, and complete proper documentation
  • Load and unload freight using forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Support hazardous material and air freight shipping activities in compliance with IATA and DOT certifications
  • Utilize SAP and other systems to process transactions, manage inventory, and track shipments
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or material handling operations
  • Working knowledge of packing, loading, shipping, and receiving processes
  • IATA certification and experience with hazardous air shipments preferred
  • DOT shipping knowledge and experience with road/trucking regulations
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, shipping documents, and safety procedures
  • Basic math, computer, and record-keeping skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
