Role Description
  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Admin located in the Elgin / Chicago Area.
  • Fully own the day-to-day supply chain operations for key accounts, including KYC onboarding, logistic scheduling, customer Q amp;A, inbound paperwork, plant workflow management, settlement and billing, in a timely manner
  • Support critical decision making such as procurement volume, pricing, warehouse coordination, demand forecast, agreement duration, etc.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service levels
  • Optimize workflow in internal ERP system, accounting system, as well as with external reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in account service, demand planning, supply chain analytics, or financial planning.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with planning tools (e.g., Razor, NetSuite, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to synthesize data from multiple sources; strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Knowledge and passion about recycling / circular economy / non-ferrous metal and related industries
