This role translates complex initiatives into clear messaging, practical adoption materials, responsible usage guidance, and measurable employee support across assigned AI, digital, process, tool, and ways-of-working efforts.
Why Join Us
This role is ideal for a hands-on change and communications professional who enjoys turning strategy into execution. You will support AI adoption as a primary focus while enabling other technology transformation, digital adoption, tool rollout, process change, and ways-of-working initiatives through clear communications, education, enablement, and adoption assets.
  • Deliver visible impact: Execute communications, readiness, and adoption support for AI, digital, tool, process, and ways-of-working initiatives that help teams collaborate, solve problems, and deliver value.
  • Enable AI-enabled ways of working: Apply change management practices, communications, learning moments, feedback loops, and reinforcement tactics that help employees move from awareness to confident, responsible daily use.
  • Build senior-level execution expertise: Deliver work across OCM, executive communications, readiness, training, adoption measurement, stakeholder coordination, digital fluency, and modern workplace enablement.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally: Work with Technology, Product, HR, corporate communications, security, governance, and SMEs to deliver AI-related and broader technology change activities in a human-centered way.

Core Outcomes
  • Employees understand what is changing, why AI-enabled ways of working and other technology changes matter, and what actions are expected.
  • AI adoption and broader technology initiatives are supported by clear plans, readiness materials, communications, training content, responsible use guidance, and reinforcement tactics.
  • Leaders and teams receive polished communications that connect transformation work to expected actions, business value, productivity, employee experience, and responsible innovation.
  • Adoption barriers, trust concerns, resistance themes, responsible use questions, and readiness gaps are documented and addressed or escalated within assigned scope.

Responsibilities
  • Execute initiative-level change, communications, readiness, and adoption plans for AI-enabled capabilities as the primary focus, along with technology transformation, tool launches, process changes, digital adoption, and ways-of-working initiatives.
  • Create employee guidance, launch communications, prompt/use-case examples, behavior-change tactics, and reinforcement materials that support AI and related technology adoption goals.
  • Coordinate with Technology, Product, HR, communications, security, governance, business partners, and SMEs to gather inputs, assess stakeholder impacts, document responsible use considerations, and identify readiness risks.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Office of CTO, and Lead Change & Adoption Analysts to execute strategies, standards, and priorities for the centralized Technology OCM function across assigned AI, technology change, adoption, and communications initiatives.
  • Produce executive presentations, leadership updates, stakeholder readouts, communications plans, launch materials, FAQs, job aids, training/adoption content, office-hour materials, AI use-case spotlights, and engagement assets.
  • Support a clean, consistent, branded look and feel across Technology materials and communications to improve clarity, reinforce adoption, and create a more cohesive employee experience across the Tech organization.
  • Run and support Technology engagement forums, such as a monthly GTS Exchange, that complement quarterly GTS All Hands by reinforcing key messages, spotlighting priorities, encouraging dialogue, and sustaining adoption between larger events.
  • Convert complex or ambiguous information into clear employee messaging that builds understanding, confidence, trust, responsible use, and action.
  • Track engagement signals, feedback themes, readiness inputs, usage indicators, stakeholder sentiment, and AI adoption patterns; recommend improvements that increase adoption, proficiency, productivity, and sustained behavior change.

Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in OCM, adoption enablement, internal or executive communications, employee education, technology storytelling, AI/digital adoption, or transformation enablement

  • Experience translating AI-enabled capabilities or emerging technologies into employee guidance, communications, learning content, use-case examples, and adoption support
  • Demonstrated ability to produce change plans, stakeholder analyses, readiness materials, communications plans, executive presentations, training/adoption content, and reinforcement materials

Required Qualifications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, synthesis, storytelling, PowerPoint, and information design skills
  • Ability to convert complex technology, AI, process, governance, operating model, or ways-of-working changes into clear guidance for varied audiences
  • Strong working knowledge of OCM, readiness assessment, stakeholder engagement, behavior change, reinforcement, communications planning, adoption measurement, AI adoption, and broader technology adoption practices
