Empower marketing partners with the data products they need to succeed, directly influencing strategic decisions and customer engagement within a leading financial services institution.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary liaison, bridging the gap between marketing partners and technology teams to translate strategic business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Lead the intake, assessment, and coordination of marketing data requests, guiding them from initial concept through to successful implementation and validation.
  • Rigorously gather, clarify, and document comprehensive business and data requirements, ensuring precision and alignment with project goals.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information to both business and technical audiences.
  • A strong capacity to manage multiple concurrent requests with impeccable organization, consistent follow-through, and the ability to operate effectively with limited supervision.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience working with marketing, customer, or enterprise-level data.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses, data integration processes, analytics platforms, or governed data products.
  • Prior experience within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery practices and experience collaborating with cross-functional technology teams.
