The Audience Design team is responsible for analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision makers. Analysts identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences utilizing established mathematical/statistical methodologies.
As an Analyst, you will utilize BI tools (AWS, Python, R, SQL, Excel) to create datasets for omni-channel marketing campaigns and extract data for product and customer recommendations. Develop and implement statistical models.
Job Functions:
  • Uses business intelligence (BI) toolsets (e.g., AWS, Python, R, IBM SPSS, SQL, excel and similar) to build targeted datasets for omni-channel marketing campaigns. Participate in data mart queries to extract relevant information and develop recommendations at the product, customer, segment, and business unit level.
  • Uses R and Python to develop, test, and implement statistical response, performance, and lookalike models to drive campaign results and product alignment.
  • Partners with internal team members to develop KPI's derived from multiple data sources to enable new insights and future decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree
  • Successfully completed coursework in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field with data analytics coursework
  • Educational/Work experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in R or other statistical modeling tools
  • Experience in python and other big data tools and languages
  • Experience of SQL, IBM SPSS, Access and/or other database structures or big data tools

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 1 year of experience in use of statistical modeling tools and big data tools
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with an ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well independently and with others, comfortable with a high level of responsibility
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to gain consensus and drive projects forward in a fast-paced, challenging environment

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $88,900.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
