Corporate Access
About Millennium
Millennium is a global, diversified alternative investment firm, founded in 1989. Defined by evolution, innovation and focus, Millennium's mission is to deliver results for our investors.
Our people are empowered with both independence and support: the autonomy to pursue ideas with conviction and the backing of a global network committed to collaboration, disciplined risk management and continuous learning. With opportunities to deepen expertise and accelerate development, talent at Millennium is equipped to adapt, evolve and build lasting impact over time. Discover how transformative growth accelerates impact.
Meet the Team
Passaic Capital is a multi-strategy, multi-manager investment group within Millennium Management, founded in 2013. As one of the largest groups at the firm, Passaic includes more than 60 professionals based in New York and across the U.S. and globally. As part of Millennium's Trading organization, the team operates in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment supported by the firm's resources, technology, and collaborative culture, with a strong focus on high-quality research, disciplined execution, and rigorous investment decision-making across U.S. and global equities.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a corporate access strategy aligned with the investment team's research priorities
  • Build and manage relationships with corporate management teams, investor relations professionals, brokers, and corporate access providers
  • Secure and oversee management meetings, calls, conferences, field trips, and other access opportunities across primarily U.S., as well as global, equities
  • Partner closely with Portfolio Managers and analysts to identify and prioritize the highest-value access opportunities
  • Represent Passaic effectively with brokers and help evaluate and negotiate external services
  • Advise on broker votes, commission allocation, and research budgets, with the opportunity to assume broader ownership over time
  • Track access quality, utilization, cost, and investment team feedback to help refine strategy and resource allocation
  • Coordinate execution with administrative and research support partners while helping strengthen Passaic's external reputation and positioning

What You Bring
  • Buy-side corporate access experience preferred; relevant buy-side or sell-side experience required
  • 5+ years of post-college professional experience
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Strong academic credentials and a proven record of professional success
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on logistical execution
  • Credibility with investment professionals and a strong interest in U.S. and global equities
  • Commercial judgment and the ability to allocate resources thoughtfully, negotiate effectively, and identify high-value opportunities
  • A proactive, polished, and collaborative approach, with the confidence to advocate directly while preserving strong relationships

Salary Range
Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
