Co-op jobs are typically paid positions that provide students or interns with work experience related to their field of study. Compensation varies by employer and industry, but most co-op roles offer hourly wages or stipends. Some co-ops may be unpaid, especially in certain non-profit or academic settings, so it is important to confirm the pay details before applying.

What does co-op mean for jobs?

A co-op, or cooperative education, is a structured program that combines classroom learning with practical work experience in a related field.
