JOB SUMMARY
Personal Trainers are expected to listen and understand what their client are seeking during a private lesson or over a series of sessions. We are actively looking for a top tier trainer who can consistently deliver a transformative experience to their clients. We are specifically looking for trainers interested in taking on just a few additional clients and trainers who have early and mid-morning availability to train clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and maintain a list of clients
  • Respond to inquires and schedule sessions independently that meet the clients criteria by email, phone or in person.
  • Monitor clients energy levels and support the athlete while promoting our core values.
  • Be a fitness resource for the facility
  • Able to work any and all fitness classes offered by Movement
  • Ability to develop training plans for a broad range of clients.
  • Present a plan for how that session or a series of session could progress over time.
  • Instruct and demonstrate to members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds
  • Provide a transformable experience for the client.
  • Contribute to the overall vision of Movement fitness programs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Embody Movement's Core Values and the foster a positive culture in our community
  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
  • Required Certifications: ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM
  • RKC, FMS, FRC, and CSCS Certifications a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment
  • Solid computer skills (web based applications, Word, Excel, POS applications)
  • Experience training for climbing a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a part-time hourly position with a pay range of $29.25-$58.50 per session depending on the evaluation of your trainer skill set.
