Cardiovascular Surgeon Opportunity

AdventHealth West Florida Division, based in Tampa, FL (now comprised of 15 hospitals), is seeking multiple board certified, highly motivated, and experienced cardiovascular surgeons for our rapidly growing programs in West and Central Florida. Surgeons should be accomplished in all facets of cardiothoracic surgery and have interest in research and graduate medical education. The affiliated AdventHealth Cardiovascular Surgery group located at Pepin Heart Institute/AdventHealth Tampa includes a well-established group of 4 cardiothoracic surgeons, as well as the AdventHealth Medical Group Heart Care at Tampa including interventional, structural, non-invasive, heart failure, EP and vascular surgery physicians. AdventHealth Pepin Heart Institute provides comprehensive cardiovascular services and is Accredited by the American College of Cardiology with centers for transcatheter valve therapy, cardiac catheterization, cardiac electrophysiology, advanced heart failure, chest pain and myocardial infarction therapy and holds the National Center of Distinction designation as a HeartCare Center. Active cardiovascular research programs are supported by the AdventHealth Research Institute. This is an employed opportunity with AdventHealth Medical Group, a primary care and specialty physician group that uses leading technology, innovation, and compassion to deliver whole-person care. This opportunity will provide a salary guarantee with productivity incentives. Other benefits include occurrence-based malpractice coverage, paid leave days, CME days and PDO allowance, 403b retirement plan, health insurance for physician and family, and relocation allowance. This practice is part of AdventHealth Medical Group.
