Join Our Team as a Medical Graft Technician!

At Solvita, you'll work in a cutting-edge facility where technology meets healthcare by creating grafts from living and cadaveric tissue and bone and ensuring that each allograft meets the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and safety. This position, internally titled as a Processing Technician, offers the chance to be at the forefront of medical manufacturing, directly contributing to products for transplantation that save and enhance patient lives.

Processing Technicians in our Kettering location work in the following areas: Traditional, Cellular, CNC, Dental, and Birth Tissue.

This is a Weekend shift role. Pay starting at $21.00/ hour with a 10% weekend premium.

Weekend shift hours: Saturday/ Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm, PLUS one 12 hour shift, OR two 8 hour shifts during the week.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment and Physical Activities

  • Requires the ability to work with living and cadaveric tissue/bone.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams,
  • Exhibit high attention to detail and precision in performing tasks and maintaining documentation.
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team setting and possess the ability to receive and follow directions.
  • Ability to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.
  • Requires heavy lifting, continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding.
  • Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields.
  • Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.
  • Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
