Join Collins Aerospace as a Senior Earned Value Analyst and Master Scheduler and take on a highly visible role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will support the Environmental and Airframe Control Systems (EACS) Project Planning and Control (PP&C) Center of Excellence, contributing directly to the successful execution of our aerospace programs.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with program managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to support both weekly and monthly reporting cycles. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial and resource reporting for EACS programs, maintaining central program financial datasets, and analyzing plans, actuals, variances, and risks.
You will also support resource management by entering demand data into enterprise tools, generating organization-wide resource reports, and assisting with program administration tasks. This is a challenging and rewarding role that provides exposure to key program management processes in the aerospace industry.
This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
What YOU will do:
  • Compile weekly and monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reports for Program Management, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Attend program meetings and evaluate EVM data to support program performance decisions.
  • Create, track, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for critical programs.
  • Contribute to explanations and justifications for program initiatives.
  • Partner with program teams to deliver and manage financial performance.

Qualifications you must have:
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) principles.
  • Professional English communication skills (verbal and written).

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with commercial EV software (e.g., Cobra, EVMS for Project).
  • Experience using SAP to extract financial data (labor and material costs).
  • Aerospace finance experience.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Familiarity with Collins Aerospace CT3 tool suite.
