Job description

Join our team, where your expertise will drive cutting-edge solutions, address complex technical challenges, and uphold the highest standards of precision and safety.

The Senior ERP Analyst, located in Middlefield (CT), will take ownership of our ERP systems and serve as a key partner to business and corporate teams.  This is a highly customer-facing role where you will bridge business and IT-ensuring ERP capabilities align with operational needs while driving efficiency, standardization, and innovation. You will play a central role in ERP consolidation efforts, modernization initiatives, and preparing the organization for a future SAP S/4HANA migration

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Business - act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and corporate stakeholders on all ERP-related initiatives

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Drive process alignment, standardization, and adoption of best practices

Own & Support the ERP Platform - manage the ERP landscape (Navision 2017, transitioning to Business Central; Sightline, Visual, Sage)

  • Provide hands-on system support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring high system availability
  • Configure and enhance ERP functionality, including development in C/AL (Navision 2017)
  • Support integrations and evolution toward AL in Business Central

Drive Projects & Enhancements - lead ERP initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and break/fix improvements

  • Manage and prioritize the ERP support queue and feature requests
  • Drive execution of system upgrades (Navision Business Central)
  • Provide clear communication and reporting on priorities, status, and outcomes

Lead ERP Transformation - play a key role in consolidating multiple ERP systems into a single Business Unit platform

  • Support data mapping, process alignment, and change management efforts
  • Contribute to long-term planning for SAP S/4HANA migration

Improve & Innovate - identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption to drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and system usage

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of ERP experience with strong functional and technical understanding
  • Experience with Navision (C/AL) required; Business Central (AL) and SAP exposure preferred
  • Proven success in a customer-facing role partnering with business stakeholders
  • Experience leading ERP enhancements, upgrades, or consolidation efforts
  • Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, operations)
  • Ability to balance support, development, and project delivery
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
