About the Team
The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. Responsibilities
- Defining and executing the regional sales strategy to grow revenue, expand market share, and displace legacy telephony providers across enterprise and midโmarket segments.
- Leading and developing a team of segment leaders and specialists, building a pipeline of future leaders through coaching and intentional career development.
- Partnering with engineering, product, marketing, and services teams to align technical capabilities with customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Engaging directly with senior buyers on strategic deals, representing the platform at industry events, and maintaining deep awareness of market and competitive dynamics.
- Driving operational rigor through accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and continuous improvement of sales processes and tooling in partnership with operations teams.
What weโre looking for
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud communications, or unified communications.
- 5+ years of experience leading leaders (managing managers) and scaling multiโsegment sales organizations.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets above $100 M in highโgrowth markets.
- Deep knowledge of cloud telephony, unified communications, or enterprise collaboration technologies.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior buyers and navigate complex procurement cycles.
- Dataโdriven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with partnerโled or channel sales motions alongside direct enterprise sales (nonโessential).
- Familiarity with AIโenhanced product positioning, distributed team leadership, or organizational design, or equivalent practical experience (nonโessential).

Compensation
Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum $227,500.00, Maximum $508,400.00. In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom uses a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that includes base salary, bonus, and equity value. Starting pay will be based on qualifications and experience and may vary by location.
