Responsibilities
  • Defining and executing the regional sales strategy to grow revenue, expand market share, and displace legacy telephony providers across enterprise and midโ€‘market segments.
  • Leading and developing a team of segment leaders and specialists, building a pipeline of future leaders through coaching and intentional career development.
  • Partnering with engineering, product, marketing, and services teams to align technical capabilities with customer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Engaging directly with senior buyers on strategic deals, representing the platform at industry events, and maintaining deep awareness of market and competitive dynamics.
  • Driving operational rigor through accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and continuous improvement of sales processes and tooling in partnership with operations teams.
What weโ€™re looking for
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud communications, or unified communications.
  • 5+ years of experience leading leaders (managing managers) and scaling multiโ€‘segment sales organizations.

  • Deep knowledge of cloud telephony, unified communications, or enterprise collaboration technologies.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior buyers and navigate complex procurement cycles.
  • Dataโ€‘driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with partnerโ€‘led or channel sales motions alongside direct enterprise sales (nonโ€‘essential).
  • Familiarity with AIโ€‘enhanced product positioning, distributed team leadership, or organizational design, or equivalent practical experience (nonโ€‘essential).

Compensation

Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum $227,500.00, Maximum $508,400.00. In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom uses a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that includes base salary, bonus, and equity value. Starting pay will be based on qualifications and experience and may vary by location.
