Now Hiring: Deck Supervisor
Location: Kansas City Zona Rosa
Pay: $17.00/hour
Part-time

Are you passionate about swimming and ready to take the lead on deck? We're looking for a Deck Supervisor to join our team and help create a safe, fun, and positive swim environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise swim lessons and ensure safety and class flow on the pool deck
  • Communicate with parents about swimmer progress and skill development
  • Support and guide instructors to maintain lesson quality and consistency
  • Make announcements clearly and confidently over the PA system
  • Uphold facility policies and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:
? Background in swimming (competitive, instructional, or recreational)
? At least 18 years of age
? Strong communication and leadership skills
? Comfortable speaking with parents and addressing swimmer development
? Able to make clear, professional announcements to groups
