About CSI SPORTS

CSI SPORTS is a leading sports media company delivering premium content across television, digital, and live events. With a global footprint and a deep passion for combat sports, we connect fans and athletes through compelling storytelling, live action, and dynamic digital engagement. 

Position Overview 

The Director of Digital Media will lead the strategic development, execution, and management of CSI SPORTS’ digital presence. This includes overseeing all digital platforms—website, app, social media, and content distribution channels—with a focus on growing audience engagement, brand visibility, and digital revenue. This is a hands-on, roll up your sleeve's leadership position requiring strategic vision and day-to-day operational oversight with a deep understanding of digital trends, content strategy, and monetization. If applying, you MUST have extensive knowledge and experience creating and monetizing BOXING content for social media and websites.

    

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with company goals 
  • Create, curate and manage all digital platforms including the website, mobile app, and social media content 
  • Technical expert in navigating all social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok 
  • Lead the creation and distribution of digital content that drives fan engagement and brand loyalty. Engage users and cultivate relationships across multiple platforms 
  • Supervise the Social Media and Content team, providing direction, support, and daily guidance 
  • Lead the continued strategic development of the CSI SPORTS OTT platform 
  • Design, implement and manage social ad campaigns  
  • Identify opportunities for digital monetization, including advertising, partnerships, subscriptions, and e-commerce 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Programming, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive digital initiatives 
  • Use analytics to evaluate performance, inform decisions, and report progress to leadership 
  • Make strategic recommendations on how to manage and implement the digital budget 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep CSI Sports at the forefront of digital innovation 
  • This is a fully in-office position; remote work is not available 

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 3 years in a leadership role & experience in the sport of Boxing 
  • Proven experience managing digital teams and content across multiple platforms 
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, and SEO best practices 
  • Experience with CMS, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), social media management platforms, Sprout or other social listening tools, Canva. 
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro and Photoshop & creating proper formatted videos for each social media platform (16X9, 9X16, etc.) 
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills 
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically, with a results-driven mindset 
  • Meticulous attention to detail a MUST 

Preferred Experience 

  • Track record of building and scaling successful digital campaigns and communities as well as monetizing sports content on various social media platforms 
  • Prior experience working in sports media or entertainment 
  • Familiarity with OTT platforms, app development, and audience growth strategies 
  • Strong relationships with key point people at YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and other digital platforms. 

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
