Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Zipline Manager to oversee the operations of our zipline facility. The Zipline Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the zipline facility, including scheduling, staffing, and customer service.
2. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by staff and guests.
3. Train and supervise zipline guides and other staff members.
4. Inspect and maintain ziplines, harnesses, and other equipment regularly.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide assistance as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
7. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in zipline operations, adventure tourism, or outdoor recreation.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
5. Certification in zipline safety and operations preferred.
6. First Aid and CPR certifications are a plus.
7. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for outdoor activities.
