• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that delve into clients' mental health strengths and challenges, leading to informed treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care practices.
• Create, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions based on client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to ensure holistic and detailed treatment approaches, tailoring the therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and assessments, employing proactive strategies and safety planning to best support clients in distress.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of sessions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions and psychoeducational meetings that enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster therapeutic relationships.
• Proven clinical assessment and intervention skills that adapt to a variety of client needs and settings.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, focusing on family systems therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a demonstrated ability to apply these in practice.
