This role is crucial in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals dealing with various challenges including trauma, anxiety, and depression. By leveraging your clinical expertise, you will help clients develop coping strategies and foster their personal growth, ultimately leading them toward improved emotional well-being.

About the Organization

At Zenith Mental Healthcare, located in Bellevue, Washington, we specialize in comprehensive mental health services. Our approach is informed by evidence-based therapies. We pride ourselves on our commitment to empowering individuals, promoting resilience, and creating lasting change in their lives. Our mission is to provide exceptional care that meets the diverse needs of our clients, enabling them to navigate difficult times with the support and guidance of our qualified professionals.

Work Environment

This remote work position allows you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space while maintaining the collaborative nature of our professional environment. You will have access to a fully equipped outpatient office for any necessary in-person consultations, ensuring a seamless experience for you and your clients. Our work culture values flexibility, teamwork, and mutual support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs utilizing evidence-based practices. Develop and tailor personalized treatment plans through comprehensive analysis and solution-focused interventions.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that your approach aligns with the individual goals and unique challenges faced by each client.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and other applicable legal standards to protect client confidentiality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance the quality of care provided and facilitate a holistic approach to client treatment.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to further elevate the standard of care provided to our clients.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families concerning mental health conditions, treatment avenues, and accessible community resources, empowering them to engage actively in the recovery process.
  • Continuously engage in professional development by staying updated with the latest research and innovations in mental health therapies to improve client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals seeking help for a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related challenges, and relationship issues. Your therapeutic approach will be sensitive and adaptable to the cultural and emotional needs of diverse client backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
  • A strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, enabling you to customize interventions to meet the individualized needs of your clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, essential for adapting strategies based on evolving client dynamics.
  • A commitment to working within a collaborative team environment that values open communication and shared success.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience providing direct mental health counseling is required, preference will be given to candidates who have familiarity with outpatient settings and have utilized various therapeutic modalities effectively. Experience in working with diverse populations and multi-disciplinary teams will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive annual salary between $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to enhance your overall well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance options providing security for you and your loved ones.
  • Professional liability and malpractice insurance coverage to ensure you can practice safely and confidently.
  • Access to an employee assistance program that offers additional support during personal and professional challenges.
  • Unlimited referrals will keep your caseload fulfilling and impactful, enabling you to make a tangible difference in your clients' lives.
